Welcome To Illidium Order
is a guild that strives to be looked upon with respect and our members should behave accordingly. Any member found tarnishing our reputation may be subject to immediate removal from the guild. Please remember that you, as a member, carry our name in trade chat, general chat, parties, raids or PuG's. Be proud to carry our name. It should be a name that people are happy to see! Please maintain a respectful and courteous attitude those which you encounter during your gameplay interactions. If you encounter a problem with another player please handle it in a rational manner via whisper.
The following rules apply to every member of Illidium Order:
All members of Illidium Order
shall treat each other in a manner that is courteous and respectful in all dealings, regardless of rank.
This includes but is not limited to guild chat, whispers, party chat and any other interaction within the game World of Warcraft. It requires a group effort to maintain an atmosphere with in our guild that everyone wants to be in.
Loyalty is an important quality that we look for in our members. Anyone within our ranks who is found looking for or applying to different guilds will be removed in an effort to make the process more simple for you. If you are unhappy with our guild that is fine, but please be honest.
Please be helpful without arrogance. It is great to meet other players who have a lot of World of Warcraft knowledge. Please refrain from making others feel insignificant by boasting your knowledge. Offer helpful suggestions, but please do not tell other people how to play the game, or their toon unless you were asked specifically to do so.
Be respectful of the decisions that are made by the Illidium Order leadership. The guild master and the officers make decisions together for the best interest of the guild. If you have a question, concern, or a suggestion about the guild please bring it to an officer without causing chaos within the guild members.
Chat. Please maintain a PG rating to guild chat and take any potentially "uncomfortable" conversations to somewhere private. We also realize that at times fun can go a little too far. If you find yourself in a situation where you are offended by a guild mate please do your best to resolve the issue calmly and rationally. If the issue continues please contact an officer.
* If we find a guild member causing regular/consistent disturbances and conflicts within our guild they will be removed. Even the small and petty issues can very quickly escalate and cause division within our guild.
If at any time, it is felt by the officers or Guild Master that you are a liability to our guild more than an asset we reserve the right to remove you or demote you as we see fit.
